Custom design order processing varies depending on the order size and complexity, contact us for further information.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at admin@tgbee.com.au

Note:

We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers outside Australia.
Shipping times may be affected by weather events, customs delays, or peak periods (e.g. holidays, sales).
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once they are in the hands of the carrier.
