We support small orders and bulk orders. Minimums depend on product and printing method.

What file types do you accept for designs?

How long does printing take?

Can you help if I don’t have a finished design?

Yes, we can help refine placement, sizing, and print readiness. If extensive updates are required an additional design fee will be charged and you will be notified about this upfront.

Will my design be checked before printing?

Of course, work will be reviewed for print quality & print readiness before any work commences. You won't be charged until your happy with the production.

Do you provide design or artwork services?

Yes, with basic layout adjustments and print preparation. Full design services are available and will incur additional fees.

Where is the print placed on the T-shirt?

Standard placements include front, back, and sleeves. Placement options are shown during ordering & can be discussed for custom jobs.

How durable are the prints?

With proper care, prints are designed to remain vibrant and intact through regular wear and washing.

How should I wash my printed T-shirt?

Ideally, wash inside out in cold water and avoiding tumble drying to extend the print’s lifespan.

Can I return or exchange custom printed items?

Tough one. Because items are custom made, returns are generally only accepted for faults or printing errors. Please contact us if there’s an issue with your order.

What happens if my order arrives with a defect?

Sorry to hear that. If there is a manufacturing or print defect, send us photos and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Can you meet tight deadlines or event dates?

Full disclosure: No. The fastest turnaround time is 3-4 business days. If you ordered a shirt on Monday, it would be printed (and maybe shipped) Tuesday, to arrive Wednesday/Thursday. If you have a specific deadline, let us know before ordering & we’ll let you know.
