Returns & Refunds Policy
Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
To start a return or exchange, please contact our team at admin@tgbee.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Orders
We accept returns from international customers. Please note:
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer
- Customs duties, taxes, and original international shipping fees are non-refundable
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we sincerely apologise.
Please email us at admin@tgbee.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the fault or error
We will cover the cost of return shipping for any faulty or incorrect items and arrange a refund or replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Timeframes may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges (Domestic Orders Only)
If you would like to exchange your item (for example, for a different size):
- Return the original item at your cost
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process the exchange
Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during a clearance promotion are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.
